Hi,
I know there have been questions before about Buspar, but I'm curious what symptoms this medication relieved for you?
I'm hoping it's going to help with nervousness ie. stomach butterflies, wind etc. I'm also going to take Tenormin with it which I was using before I had my baby. This helped me with shakiness and sweating and generally kept me calmer. I'm hoping by combining these two, some of my general anxiety feelings will be relieved. As I'm a carer of an infant, I can't take anything stronger like xanax or anti-depressants. I took these meds in the past for panic attacks, agoraphobia and severe general anxiety (all of which I have recovered from) and they made me really tired and changed my head space making alot of symptoms worse and creating other problems.
Some info on what specific symptoms these meds helped you with would be much appreciated.
Ps. I'm also going to be starting on a lower than recommended dose to see how I feel and build it up. Did anyone do this and did it help with your side effects doing it this way? Cheers
