If a person only care his/her own difficulty, he/she may feel
that he/she is the unluckiest person to meet with the
biggest difficulty in the world. This may leads to his/her
anxiety.
If a person not only cares his/her own difficulty, but also
cares other people’s difficulties, he/she can find many
other persons having difficulties bigger than his/hers and
can be encouraged by their successes in overcoming
some of these difficulties. This may help him/her prevent
anxiety.
