I just started 20mg Celexa this morning and this has been an odd day. I actually feel more anxiety due to the side affects. I'm not sure if anyone on here has tried x but it feels like I am rolling. My pupils are dilated, I am having chills then hot and I am grinding my teeth. I had an anxiety attack on the highway and was doing everything I could just to get home. I talked to my doc and he said that these things were normal and that my body would adjust but I am freaked out. Anyone have any advice?
