I feel so alone

I've read a lot of the messages and I can't believe there are others out there who know how I feel. I don't know where to turn. I worry that no one will write. That I will just get lost in the crowd. That no one will like me. That I will never be free from the prison of my mind. I'm not crazy. I'm so careful that no one thinks I am. But I just can't keep it to myself. I'm scared to even talk to my sisters on the phone. What is wrong with me?
