Spammers?

Just wondering because I'm new here but it seems that quite a number of the posters here are pushing their own private anxiety "systems." Is this spam? Where does one cross that line?

I think people should post what works for them as it may work for others.

Simple fact is people are coming here is desperation as i did once. I have tried alsorts that worked for some people and some has worked for me.

I have made my own programs, some worked and some have not, its trial and error however i feel that all should be tried to see what helps you.

Now if you mean the "click here" for panic away etc, this is probably keeping the site going with advertising their products.

Well, some are. but majority are here giving pretty good advises :) People are generally sharing what works for them, so yeah.
