Why is it...and i am here trying to learn and understand anxiety

why is it, my girlfriend can eat something, then pace the house saying, oh my god i cant get a deep breath, I am dying

i used to get this all the time from my firends
and the only thing i can really say the only way you will really ever find out is to go through it your self.its a very hard thing to explain.
i give you two thumbs up mate for wanting to help your gf keep looking at stuff about anxiety and you will learn.
it goes to show how much you care about her and she will c that my firend.
