HELLO,I just wanted to introduce myself and let you guys know alittle about me I am 19 years old,no job yet(looking for one) I have (GAD)generalized anxiety disorder.I do not take long term medicine for my anxiety,but I do take Xanax 1/2mg(.50)every so often.I joined this forum to talk to people about anxiety and to help people feel better about them selfs. I found this site a long time ago and it is a trusted NON-PROFIT site.It helps alot to just read it when ever you feel anxiety coming,if this is breaking the forum rules sorry.[The site is called HelpGuide] And no i'm not a spamer I just thought people would like to just read this site!
