New to the Forum - a relief to find!

Hello All,

I'm em82, a nice new member to your Forum. I suffered with panic attacks 5 months ago. This spiralled uncontorllably to high levels of anxiety and agoraphobia. It has been a struggle, as many of you are aware of yourselves, but it's a huge relief to find this Forum and know there's a vast network of people and support out there.

I'll look forward to posting and discussing.
