This morning i woke up and felt fine, i hada off day yesterday and developed a massive headache that kept me awake most of the night.
Anyway i rang my brothe rup and said i would walk down to his house, (about a 40 minute walk)
After about 10 minutes my chest felt really tight and i felt like a couldnt breath, then is started freaking out like gagging, I dont know if it was a panic attack because i didnt get the normal dizziness, or shaking. Thats whats worrying me.
Now im sat on computer at my brothers house, and i feel strange, no Die-realisation but something like that, where it just doesnt feel right.
You think that maybe your panic attacks and feelings of panic can change over time?
