Hi all,
I would just like your comments about how far you think it is possible to recover. Based upon personal experience, I have found that it is possible to do a complete 180 and reduce anxiety's effect on my life to a minimum. Is it possible to push it even further? Can a person who is prone to anxiety become someone not bothered by anxiety at all? This may be possible because some situations which used to cause me great anxiety in the past no longer cause me anxiety at all. Can that be done for all anxiety-provoking situations?
P.S. I would like you all to know that things can and will get better if you continue to work at them.
