Just in general, I hate Mondays, but anxiety wise it seems to be consistently the worst day of the week. Sunday nights are no joy either, because I know what's coming.
The only thing that helps is that I coach, so I look forward to getting back into the gym. For those 2 hours every week day, I am usually able to forget about most of my worries.
