Hi everybody!
My name is Lusima, I'm 21 years old and have been diagnosed with health anxiety since 2003
My first panic attack was in June 2003 and I have had very few of those since. I suffer from anxiety and it has gotten in my way of living. I have hard time breathing and I have many physical symptoms. I'm currently not on any medications because I fear medications... I'm planning on starting Lexapro, please do let me know how it works if any of your guys are taking it.
Anyways, my anxiety has recently elevated again due to my living circumstances...
