Hello, I decided to create a profile here after going through anxiety for so many years.
Little background about myself and how anxiety started:
I'm in my late 20's and if I recall correctly, I started becoming really conscious of my self image in 6th grade when I was 11 or 12.
Throughout middle school it was alright but when I got to high school, that's when I became really reserved.
I only hung out with a couple friends and began feeling really afraid of speaking up and talking in front of a group.
Anxiety hunts me to this day, in my career and social life...
By making an account here, I hope to help others dealing with the same issue as well as receive help myself.
