Hi there, it’s nice to meet you all.
So I have been struggling from anxiety lately. I suffer from both depression and anxiety. My anxiety however has been making life a living hell. It has made me believe things that aren’t real and has made me feel just so uncomfortable. I feel that sharing my feelings helps a lot so that’s why I joined this forum.
