Here's a book I thought I would share that has helped me immeasurably in the past (and trying again through my latest episode):

How To Stop Worrying and Start Living by Dale Carnegie

Be forewarned, it's horribly dated, being written way back in 1948. But the advice is so common sense and solid, you'll smack yourself in the forehead wondering why you don't think like this all the time.

I found a more recent book that has helped me a ton: Anxiety & Panic Attacks. Their Cause and Cure by Robert Handly.

Hope this helps :D

Hi, I'm new here

I read maybe 4 books now and by far the best was Áine Tubridy When Panic attacks, She's a therapist, cardiologist and works with cardiologist rehabilitation. It's a very good book

hey irrational,
thanks a lot for that recommendation - something tells me this is it,
this book reminded what I have forgotten long time ago: "today is the first day of my life..."

And also important other thing to accept the worse - when we have accepted the worst, we have nothing more to lose and we're free.
