Hi :)

I'm new here and I struggle with anxiety. I'm not diagnosed yet so I don't really know what exactly to call it and how severe it is compared to others, but i'd say it's mostly social anxiety (mixed with a mild form of OCD).
I do plan on seeing a therapist as soon as possible to get a diagnosis and help though. The latter is also why I'm here. I wanna live a normal life again. There are great things ahead of me and I want to be able to enjoy them. To do them.

I'm not quite sure how to accomplish that yet but I do hope to find some support on here.:)

Hey Ruca! I'm new here as well and suffer from anxiety also. I would definitely get onboard with a therapist as well as a psychiatrist as soon as possible. And feeling like you need to compare yourself to other people in terms of the severity of your anxiety is all part of the disorder. It makes you feel guilty and makes you second-guess yourself. I've been medicated for years now and although I still have bad days, I can actually get out and interact with society. I wish you luck!
