Its a short video about celebrities and other famous folk who have anxiety/ OCD, the things i mostly suffer from.
I think it's amazing that these people are open about their mental health issues.
It is really brave and difficult thing to do. But if they can tackle their demons on the world stage then we can tackle ours.
