it seems like my recovery is coming along pretty okay but ive been having some setbacks, such as ill feel really good for a week, then bad for a week, then good for a day. and sometimes its a crazy rollercoaster! what are some things that help u guys cope when you get a setback?

when i have a setback i just remember that at least i am moving in the right direction, 3 steps forward and 1 step back, well i am still moving forward. :D

also for the first 3 months of my anxiety and panic i felt like i would never be myself again and that there was never going to be any hope but thankfully (8 months on) i have found that there is hope and that i can be myself again.
