Hi all, I've just joined - trying desperately to find a forum that will give me some help with my anxiety problems.

Although I've been a worrier and anxious pretty much all of my life, things kicked off big time mid-2017 with the start of some new health concerns. I am now on medication for anxiety and OCD-type issues.

Well anyway, nice to meet you all and I'll explain more when I post a specific post asking for help, which is the reason I've joined really.

I’m so sorry to hear about your struggles. I know it’s not easy to go through anxiety. It’s good you’re getting help. Are you seeing a therapist/counselor? I just said a prayer for you, and I hope that God will surround you with His comfort and peace. You can always come here to share, and I’m sure you’ll find a lot of help and support.
