Completely tense and blocked

I just can't do it anymore. I feel so depressed, so tense and blocked. My jaw hurts so much. I can't think. I don't know how to let go

How is it going? I'm so sorry about how you're feeling. Have you seen your GP or psychotherapist yet? If not I'd advise you to do it as soon as possible. I feel you need proper examining and treatment. I was in the same boat too. Depression affects a lot of people around the world.
