Latley Iv been feeling nasous alot for months and dont know what's causing it. Iv told my doctor and she did some test and gave me a perscription anti acid pill in a pretty strong dose but its not helping and she said it could be cause of anxiety
But this constant fear of getting sick and feeling nasous is giving me a complex. An ruining my life. I dont wanna go anywhere or do anything as i constantly am afraod of feelong nasous and just feel it alot and feel like crap.
I just dont know how to deal with it. And it causes alot of my anxiety.
Does anyone have any suggestion can offer any help for this?
I'm not sure if the nausea is real or in my head.
