Oh, I don't mind at all! I have Severe Anxiety Disorder, which is basically GAD and Panic Disorder added together and multiplied by 10.

My official diagnosis 20+ years ago was Major (Unipolar) Depression but I think now it might be called something like Severe Anxiety Disorder, or even Complex PTSD. Whatever it is, I freak the f#$& out over things that “normal” people don’t :)

Nice to meet you, I'm new here as well. Panic disorder out of the blue at 43 years old..Now 46 next month and still sitting at home with sweaty palms and a pounding heart...:/
