Get nervous when people talk?

So I've had this problem for a while,where I'll get nervous when people talk,it's not like a huge panic attack,But ill get slightly nervous.Idk if it's cause I'm in the presence of people or what but it's pretty strange.Only usually happens when I'm around several people.With one person it's not like that.Has anyone else experienced this problem?If so what are some solutions that you could give me?Thanks.😀

I also become anxious in groups, or even 1 on 1, I assume I have some type of social anxiety. For me, it's the feeling of judgement from others, I worry that I am being judged for something. I am probably wrong most of the time but it leads to a lack of confidence. Therefore, I boost my confidence before hanging out with a group of people by using "self talk". Have you ever tried to examine what the root cause may be?
