Hello everyone. It's been several years since I have been on here, about 6. I forgot my old password and tried request a new one several times but we never received a reply. So I registered under a new name, old screen name Tywrap.
I've been doing really well for the past several years and just recently I had another freaking anxiety attack. It started last week. Thankfully I knew what was happening so I didn't freak out. 🙂 I found out yesterday my clinic has a counselor on staff and I was lucky enough to get a same day appointment.

I just wanted to say HI!

That's great you didn't freak out. As Dr Claire Weekes would say, didn't add the second fear. Setbacks with anxiety really suck and I'm not one who believes it can be "cured", though I do think that depends on the origins and severity of the anxiety. Hope your appointment goes well!
