Hi, I'm Devin. I'm not sure exactly what to post in my introduction as I am tempted to post my entire life story. But I will save that for a different thread. I am hoping to find like minded people that could aid me in my quest for recovery. I've got no where else to turn. Ive used the screen name Outsider because I've always felt like an outsider looking in on the entire human race.

Hi Devin, Don't consider yourself an outsider when your here. Your in the company of all of us who share in a lot of the same issues. I've been anxiety and panic free (without meds) for about 5 years until recently. These forums are great for sharing and reading. Sometimes it helps to just read other peoples posts to remind us we are not alone OR crazy and I find personally it calms me. I hope you find some comfort in the forum.

Hi Devin and welcome! I recently joined the forum but only wished I had more time to check out the various posts. I know the feeling of having nowhere to run since there are people out there who judge you and call you nasty names. So far, I found this forum quite kind and there are lots of good discussion. Hope you will find answers here.
