Hi Richard From one Richard to another my username it twichard a nickname give by friends several years ago as Im always twitching my muscles bounce and jerk constantly of they're own free will it wasn't something I was aware of until friends pointed it out I think it's to do with my anxiety are there other members having this happening to them

I am on numerous other forums for other interests that do not have chat rooms but I can see myself at home, feeling anxious about something and needing someone to talk to and will be thankful the chat rooms are there.
