This is a space where you can post a link to a picture of yourself. You can't upload pictures directly, but links work just as good.
One of the things we can do to really give anxiety the finger is to be bold, and since I'm sure we all have a little social anxiety, this can be a place to take that step if you're ready. No pressure! We all have so much in common. It's just nice sometimes to put faces to the names and to see that people with anxiety are nice, normal looking people, not freaky-lookin' the way we feel inside sometimes. If you only feel ready to post a picture of your pinky toe, we'll take that too, that's a victory! ;)
Here's a link to a silly picture of me. (See how I am taking a small step by posting a sily picture of myself instead of a full-on serious closeup? I fight anxiety one inch a a time! ;)) And yes, I am twirling two hula hoops at the same time. :)
