Welcome Isparse, I'm glad you found this forum. Better late then, never, right?? :) You are very right in saying that many good things happen in these forums. I know it has helped me alot just knowing that there is a place I know I can come to and say how I'm feeling or what I'm going through and know that I won't be made fun of or put down. I had pretty serious anxiety problems for 21 years before I sought treatment. It's insane but true. I wish forums like this existed back in the day but it's a comfort knowing that I can maybe help someone else before they hit the 21 years of suffering mark. :) I'm determined to leave this earth better than I found it. ;)
