Hey Everyone!
Been lurking around this forum for a while but I decided to start posting. I suffered with anxiety a few years ago. Had panic attacks accompanied by nausea and fainting spells. Not very fun.
Through a bunch of different tools I managed to conquer my anxiety. Although conquer is a weird word, I feel like anxiety is more like a beast that you keep under control by forming good habits. Then instead of a dog like cujo, you get a cute little puppy that is much easier to manage. It's still there, but it doesn't ruin your life and the worst it can be is annoying at times.
But like I mentioned in the post title, I'm a medical hypnotist. I work with clients to help them with fears, phobias, anxiety, insomnia, and things like teeth grinding.
I'm looking forward to participating even more in this forum!
