Hello everyone,

I'm really new to this type of stuff so sorry if i seem a bit confused. Im currently 25 years old (male) finishing up my School and working on the Weekends. I've experianced my first Panic attack or anxiety attack about 2 months ago I am not really sure what the difference is between those 2 attacks, I just felt really weird like i was detached my from Body and my heart started pounding really fast and could not breath so good but ever since then I did not experiance this attack again it lasted about 2 weeks then i kept worrying and kept going to the ER and Doctor but then i slowly started to reliaze that it was just Panic/anxiety. I had alot of tests done and everything seems to be fine the only Thing that's bothering me now is this drowsiness Feeling and sometimes it feels like i cant breath that well also thru the drowsiness im really confused .... I never had something like this before i was a really layed back relaxed chilled out Person and all of a sudden out of nowhere it just hit me... Im trying to get thru this without any medications or Therapy im just not really sure if thats possible i mean i feel alot better then i did a month ago but i noticed i have Problems staying alone now, I don't know why... I used to love having my alone time and now it's hard.. I just want to know if These are common symptoms for anxiety ? and if it's possible getting better without Meds or Therapy. Am i on the right rode?

Sorry if i made alot of mistakes i had to write everything quickly im currently in School and i just needed someone I can ask These type of things because to be honest not alot of People take this seriouse

Well i really never cared about anything i always had 2nd thoughts when i did something not safe but thats normal i think:confused:...

(im currently in the process of Bodybuilding traning)
The only Thing that i could think of was before this happend i was trying a new Creating Supplement and had constant thoughts about it if it would harm me or am i over using it and thoughts that it was causing me Problems with breathing ... All of a sudden after about 4 days of use this Panic / anxiety happend.... The first time i had the Panic attack i was going crazy because i thought it was something seriouse with my heart because it was pounding really fast and i was really dizzy and i thought that was the effect of the creatin but the dr. checked my heart, blood, head , ears , nose , throat he said everything was fine and it might just be anxiety .... i also have a MRT appointment this week to take a closer look at my head but by the Looks of it i have all symptoms of anxiety... or atleast i think i do

Im also the type of Person that when i find out what's wrong i do everything i can to make myself better for example a month ago i was scared to go out at night alone but as soon as i saw that i kept going out alone because i thought to myself this is just an Emotion this is not going to controll my life and it took just a couple of trys and well now i dont have Problems....

I would really love to see some tips from you guys because i really dont have anyone else i can ask about this type of things...

Im trying to conquer this without any meds or the use of a therapist.

Also i forgot to mention i know have like a lump in my threat wich makes it difficult to breath i always Needs to take really deep breaths... is that a normal symtom from anxiety? i know have it since a couple of days

Thank you for the Kind support

It is definitely possible to get help, from therapy and medication. Best of luck!

When you are anxious, my physician told me that you may not breath properly, which can make you feel dizzy, tired, etc.
Taking deep controlled breaths may help.

I went to the doctor yesterday to check if everything was ok with my lungs because of my breathing Problems he checked and said everything was fine and suggested that it might be anxiety.... So i made an appointment with a therapist now for the first time in my life i really don't know what to excpect hopefully everything works out without me needing to take any meds...
Thanks for the Kind replys everyone
