My symptoms are around my heart area. And afraid i can have a heart attack
At times i feel great and at it comes and goes

Hi and welcome :)

The high blood pressure would just be anxiety for sure.. How old are you?

Metrapropolol sounds like a beta-blocker - I've been prescribed them but never taken them.

Fluoxetine is an SSRI and I do take those but they take quite a while to kick in, tend to make the anxiety worse for a while, and are a bit hit-and-miss as to whether they help.

I'm guessing your heart is absolutely fine :) It's one hell of a strong muscle.

Cheers,

Welcome to the forum. Blood pressure fluctuates during a 24 hour period.
Metoprolol is a beta blocker and is prescribed quite often for people who have had heart issues.
It is good for angina, blood pressure, irregular and rapid heart rates, etc. It is typcially well
tolerated overall.

Welcome! Does your family have heart problems in their medical history? Mine does and I remember getting chest tightening and other symptoms only to find out it was anxiety. Went through many tests and all was fine. The mind has a way of snowballing that's for sure. You're doing all the right things to check things out, but it sounds like you are pretty healthy.
