New to this site

Hey all!
Just wanted to introduce myself- I've been dealing with my anxiety for going on 14 years now, starting at 10, in therapy on and off since then. Going through a time now where I'm restarting therapy so just looking to connect with other people who really understand it all. Most of my friends are great listeners with huge hearts but admit they don't really "get it". Cool to find a site where that can happen :)

Hi, Jessica and welcome I'm new as well but get a good feeling here. My opinion unless you've had some sort of issue it's hard to understand the worse ones are who tell you to just get on with it. If only that switch was so easy to find
