Hello all!! I am new to this group and posting in a forum. Really hoping to be able to talk to others that experience the same thing as me! I have anxiety that is better then it used to be. Mainly comes up when I am going to be home alone. I am 28 and married. My husband hunts, so this time of year I am home alone more often. Also it comes up when I am out of routine. Hope I can make some new friends!!!
