OK Seriously im confused on the twitching thing.... help.

I get twitching in the same arm even when I am not under anxiety..
And why is it always in the SAME area when it comes on????
One night it kept making my finger spasm out-- so is this anxiety?
Do you all get random twitches in your body ever when you are stressed etc???

yes sometimes I get strange twitches, most times I get popping sounds in my left ear during my stress. the worst is it causing my inability to swallow food and liquids which I've posted about many times before. Hang in there, go see different types of doctors and determine your own theory after hearing multiple opinions.
