Hi I am a 16 (nearly 17) year old suffering from generalized anxiety disorder and 'magical' OCD. I've had anxiety, especially hypochondria, since I was around 9 or 10 and I was diagnosed with anxiety disorder and OCD less than a year ago. I am on sertraline (zoloft) at the moment but I got discharged from the NHS mental health department a few months ago and just got told to see my GP if I feel the need to increase the medication :( So I am here to talk to people who suffer from the same things as I do and get some informal support. I'm on setraline too! the 100mg... I started on 50mg then they upped it to 100. Not sure if the higher dose makes me feel better or worse...I'm still struggling.
