Im from the uk and i was wondering if anyone has taken any supplements vitamins for there anxiety? If so what did you take and did they work? Ive had a few people saying that vitamin b and Magnesium and L-theanine are good for people with anxiety. If anyone can help mei would be grateful x

Hi welsh chick. I have tried all of them and it depends on the severity of your anxiety. Magnesium is essential if you are not taking it I highly recommend it. B vitamins are a little tricky too much may increase anxiety but a little might help, I dont consider b vitamins an anxiety aid though personally. L theanine may take a slight edge off, it couldn't hurt to try it is really cheap. L theanine helps if I am just a bit on edge but not for high anxiety situations
