Well, this is my first time trying to connect with other people having problems with anxiety and depression.
What I hopefully can get from this is some experience from other people going through the same stuff.
Right now im on 300mg SNRI, 45mg mirtrazapin, propranolol when I need it, and oxascand aswell.
