Hey,
I had been working with Thomas A. Richard's "Overcoming Social Anxiety, Step by Step," and it helped me tremendously, especially learning about ANTS and slowtalk. I worked with the book for about four months.
I've recently noticed some of my old anxious patterns starting to appear again. This is probably because I don't have the rational information of dealing with anxiety fresh in my head when I face a situation.
I'm headed back to school this Fall and would like to start to work on a CBT/work/any type of book that would actively help me with my anxiety. I struggle mostly with social anxiety and a little mix of general anxiety & OCD. Any recommendations?
Thanks!
