Anxiety with chest tightness/pains

For the last month I have struggled with severe anxiety. I had a cardiac work up and chest X-ray and they said everything was fine. I have get chest tightness, a tickle in my chest, a pain in a specific spot and sometimes it feels hard to swallow. These symptoms come and go with the anxiety. They just really scare me. Does anyone else have these? I worry maybe my doctor missed something. Thanks for any help!

Your cardiac workup would have picked up any issues. Your symptoms are classic anxiety related symptoms. The odds of your doctor
missing anything are remote. I know it is difficult, but try to trust your physician as they have your interest at heart.
