I was doing good for a long time now I was taking testosterone shots had very anxiety but stopped taking it and now about 1 1/2 years later the anxiety is back my Dr at the time told me he thought low t was my anxiety way up. I got to feeling so good the I stopped taking it and now I feel tired and lightheaded and have more anxiety I called my new Dr yesterday she cant see me till the 6 of next mouth I think I need to start taking it again what do you think I need help if any you will give me advice

Doctors are becoming increasingly reluctant to prescribe benzodiazepenes such as Ativan, Xanax, Klonopin or Valium for anxiety, as they are addictive, and long term use significantly increases the risk of dementia.
They may prefer to prescribe a SSRI like Zoloft, to see whether it is well tolerated and effective, and if not, to try another SSRI, or SNRI anxiolytic / antidepressant.

i don't want to go on meds. i don't take vitamins i will go get some what one do you think i do have some one a day for men i think my job has a lot to do with it i don't get off work till 12am or later then cant sleep 2:30 and i wakeup several times and get up at 10:30am i know i don't sleep good
