help my fiance has anxiety

:cry: having just been to the doctors with my fiance and been told he has anxiety depression i dont know what to do because i am so scared about it all :x

Your fiance is lucky to have you willingly help. I myself also suffer from anxiety depression/panic attacks and it's so bad at times. All you can do is be there for him and be patient. You can't really pull him out of it so don't feel any guilt or helplessness over it. Just keep telling him he'll get better eventually. My husband gets frustrated because he can't help me more and I tell him he is just by being there.

Also it might help your fiance to post on this site just to know he's not on his own.
