Doctor appointment yay

Finally have an appointment with a doctor to discuss with her being put on Meds. The lady making the appointment thought it comical I had a friend make the appointment for me. I don't care though, I am learning to not hide the fact that I suffer from anxiety. I used to be ashamed of it. Why should I have to be? I didn't choose this path it choose me and I am learng to cope day by day
