Hey everyone

I'm hoping to help people improve with their panic attacks / anxiety.. I'm going to talk about what The biggest causes are for anxiety and what has helped me.. Also please post what has helped you so we can all benefit.

I suffer from really bad panic attacks / anxiety
(Chest pain/Heart palpitations/chest fluttering/Brain fog / headaches / dizziness / numbness ect)

I've done lots of research and I've found (a bad Lifestyle) is the biggest reason for anxiety
-Lack of exercise
-Bad diet (Processed foods / Sugars / Too many carbs / Caffein)
-Lack of sleep / Sun / Not Giving enough time for yourself to have fun or relax. / Overworking
-Drug use / Alchohol

YES their are other reasons like.. Birth control / Medications / Thyroid issues / Paranoia.. Ect but the biggest cause IS lifestyle according to research.

And I remember when I graduated from highschool and I started to have panic attacks ..
-I stopped exercising due to working
-Due to my job all I ate was fast food because my schedule..
-Due to my jobs I got 2-6 hrs sleep per night
-I was smoking Spice/Marijuana -Bad days :(

Now this time around when anxiety came back into my life.. 4 years later my lifestyle went back to what it was when I left highschool as I mentioned ^ but this time caffein caused my panic attacks to come back. I believe I wouldn't have had that panic attack if my lifestyle was in balance

So to talk about what's been working for me.. And what hasn't
I've tried...

Ashwaghanda (Just started) Will update
Saint johns wort (Made me feel like 10% better it wasn't worth the side effects)
L theanine (Just started)
Amino acids (Just started)
Coconut oil ( helps my brain fog so much / helps blood sugar levels which helps anxiety )
Magnesium (Best supplement for anxiety.. Takes away most chest pain/heart palpitations and lowers stress
B complex (Great for lowering stress levels)
Chlorella (Great superfood and is proven to help anxiety/depression)
D vitamin (Great for depression / anxiety but now I sunbathe instead so if you can't use d3)
Bach rescue remedy (Natural remedy for anxiety and panic.. It WORKS!)
Multivitamin


On top of those supplements ide reccomend a mostly plant diet / no caffein / make sure your managing your blood sugar levels.. And exercise. I did this when I got on medications in 2011 and I was able to get off no problems within 3-4 months.. And anxiety NEVER came back until my lifestyle went out of balance again.

And the best advice I have is to do progressive muscle relaxation twice daily.. And meditation twice daily. I've noticed my anxiety has improved significantly after doing it. You just have to be consistent.
