hiya,
so exams are coming up soon where I live and I've really been trying to study, but i feel like every time i go to start, i start to panic. My stomach is in knots, my head spins and I feel like I can't focus on anything. This makes it really hard to concentrate and so I end up not really taking anything in, which leads to me panicking even more because I feel like I cant do it? Right now just the thought of studying has me worked up. Not really sure if that makes any sense, but I would really appreciate if anyone could give me any advice on how to help anxiety while studying?
Thanks

It generally covers the folowings tips, for which you will find a complete explanation in the article:
*Keep a diary
*Relaxation
*Physical activity
*Eating Properly
*Friendships
*Don't criticize yourself
*Find time to practice hobby

Let me know how they are the tips explained in the article.
