New here! Radiation fears

Ive had anxiety for a few months now. My most recent fear is radiation. In janurary i got a ct scan of my head for headaches that persusted for a week. I didnt think anything of it and just listened to the doctor which i now regret. After reading different things about it from websites i am terrified and feel as if i ruined my life. Everything online is making me thibk i increased my risk for leukemia and idk what to do. Anyone else have ct scans? Would love some advice

I've had some years ago and am still here, but have refused any since and will continue to do so unless convinced that it's absolutely necessary.

By continuing to perform online searches, you are implanting the suggestion in your subconscious mind that you may have it, resulting in it activating a fear response.
