Hello to everyone,
I read a lot of threads on this forum and this is the first time I post.
I'm sure this experience will lead all of us to share our best info and our best suggestions to help each others.
Have a good day :)

Hello and Welcome to the forum. I see your already handing out some great advise.
Is there anything you can tell us about yourself? Sometimes it helps to know a little about the peers we share with.
I am 47 and pretty much suffered with anxiety all my life. It's been both inherent and environmental for me. I have an extensive religious background that has taken me years to over come. I grew up in homes "for difficult and rejected children" then onto Juvenile Detentions Centres, Prisons, homelessness, drugs, bla bla, rar rar and that kind of thing.
Then once I gave Jesus up, I found mediation. :) Just being coy now.
No offence guys - that's just one of my "stories." Or ... that's just part of who I used to be, then I met Eckhart Tolle who taught how to shed a story or two.

I have many others I can shed from time to time. It's quite a liberating experience and helps to give others a better angle on where I (or others) are coming from.
Again - I see you have plastered the boards with good advice and whilst not everyone likes to reveal who they are or where they have been ... and even if you wish not to share ...
That's OK too. The internet a great place to do whatever and remain a mystery.
Nice to meet you Mr or Miss or Mrs X?
I am also known as Dave.
Enjoy handing out the advice. :)

I think possibly because this forum supports the panic puzzle. I'm still interested to hear from others about their personal experience using the program, but yet to find any. Zero. All I can find on You-tube is the sales pitch and nothing else.
I once again question my presence here.
The Sense in Strong in you Dahila. :) hehe.

Hi, my name is Eveline, I'm a writer and suffered from anxiety and panic attacks since I was 18. Then I learned how to manage those feelings and now I'm 29. I love forums like these because they help me to share and read from other users very useful info, leading to a process of ameliorement of our knowledge about these topics.
I hope you had a nice Easter weekend.
:)
