Is it possible for someone to unconsciously sense your thoughts, nervousness, or anxiety through their subconscious mind without them being aware they are doing so? For example, if you are in a room and have a neighbor who can't see or hear you but you still have a lot of anxiety about them for no reason, do you think it's possible they could unconsciously know you are anxious about them via their subconscious mind?

I think so. To an extent, anyway.

The body has so many micro-movements that we're not always aware of. Usually a few are going to give away how you're feeling.

The good news is that the subconscious mind can be gotten to with time and effort. If you're suffering from social anxiety, PsychoCybernetics, by Maxwell Maltz is a good book. He was a plastic surgeon and noticed some people wouldn't feel any different even after extensive surgery, pretty much because their subconscious body image hadn't changed.

I definitely think so! I'm not good at hiding/disguising how I'm (truly) feeling, It shows on my face subconsciously (especially in my eyes) and I'm certain people are able to tell when I'm feeling vulnerable which makes me a good target, so I tend to avoid human contact when I'm feeling this way. When I'm feeling more confident and secure, I find I not targeted as much in public. I think people people go in for the kill when they can smell blood too; at least this is how I feel about this topic - same as in the wild I guess.
