I suffer with panic attacks and it is so great to see this resource! I know how alone it can feel and frightening as I have been suffering with panic attacks for half of my life...After a seriously horrific and terrifying attack that I experienced last year it prompted me to want to help others and I created a website social media/forum for people to come to as it always is wonderful knowing that you have places to go for support and caring and sharing with others who truly can relate and understand. So glad to have found this forum in which to share!
