Officially diagnosed today

Hi, forum. I finally got my formal diagnosis of agoraphobia today. I guess that means I owe it to myself to learn more about it while I try to overcome it, so that's what brought me here.

Currently, I'm townbound (as opposed to being housebound) and I can't even bring myself to go grocery shopping. I'm terrified of driving, despite traveling short distances often. I guess that just means I'm a regular agoraphobe.
