Hey guys, any recommendations for audiobooks out there? I'm constantly listening to audiobooks and podcasts. I recently came across this awesome offer from Audible (who I use for my audiobooks) that I figured I would pass on to you all. Right now when you sign up for a 30 day free trial, you get two free audiobooks instead of the usual 1. There are TONS of anxiety and self-help related books in their library, might be worth your time to check it out. If you don't like it, you can cancel before you ever have to pay.

If anyone has any recommendations for books to read, I would love to hear them! Click the link below if you're interested in taking advantage of the two free audiobooks!

Thanx for the tip.

Audible are way too expensive for me and most people I know ... even with their PROMO offer that's been around for quite some time.

But if anyone knows of CHEAP ones ... I'd love to hear about those.

Ponder,

I agree that some of the audible books are pretty expensive - generally I just keep my $15 subscription going and enjoy my free book every month! Many of them are more than 20 hours worth of listening. You do get a discount for being a member, but some of the books are still pretty high. I've bought a few - they send coupons sometimes which is nice. I've gotten anywhere from $10-15 in coupons at a time. That helps the wallet a little. ;)

Totally understand James. Sometimes I will pay a small fee to avoid the excessive scouring it takes to get the same media free. Some of the quality stuff is worth paying for. IMO it is anyways. However I have no problem sharing what I have, especially if its a book about reaching out and helping others.

I meant no disrespect James. Audio Books are awesome!!! I still pay for some eBooks for the same reason as I just said. The up to date stuff and trouble free access is worth a small price. I just won't pay top dollar is all. I notice there are a few good deals on Audible when I was gong through my list of shares.

Good to know. Thanks for the Post

I hope others chime in.

HI DAHILA :)

I have the PDF of that Emotional Freedom audiobook. It is a good read! 420 pages long though!! If anyone wants a look, let me know, it's worth a read.

With Amazon's Audible books, can you put them on mp3 players, or do you have to do loads of converting? I remember signing up for the trial and having to download their special software.
